Bio

I'm a married, self-employed serial volunteer with an office (future boutique) on Denver's (in)famous E. Colfax Avenue in the Bluebird District. This journal will likely include my reflections on Colfax happenings, life as an entrepreneur and as an inveterate volunteer. All of my volunteering is related to community building at the micro-level -- neighborhoods & my special slice of Colfax. Our only child is our year-old kitten-wanting-to-be-a-cat, Tatiana. I love music. My most recent music obsession is DeVotchka, but I'm never without the Drive By Truckers, Split Lip Rayfield, Lou Reed, Neko Case or 16 Horsepower on a laptop or CD player nearby. I'm a late adopter of technology. I've never had an ipod or mp3 player, although I aspire to one, someday.
